The online casino industry is incredibly competitive. Several companies have managed to do what it takes to make it to the top of the heap, and then the rest of the operators are looking for their own small edge to make their businesses profitable. Sometimes all it takes is a special promotion or targeting a particular demographic by tailoring your offering to those specific players. And sometimes it’s just as easy to mirror a company’s branding and even make your name almost the same as the original (think McDowell’s in the movie classic Coming to America – Google it).
It takes a lot for a newly launched casino site to make the grade in regards to becoming one of our fully approved casino sites! However, we are very pleased to announce that BoVegas Casino has now become one of our top rated casino sites, and there are of course many individual reasons why it has! Casino at BoVegas.com. Players Accepted: United States, Canada, all others except below Players Not Accepted: Israel, Russia, Poland, India, Ukraine, Belarus, Malaysia, Costa Rica. The casino at Bovegas is organized nicely and is set up in such a way that navigating to your preferred games is straightforward. Email (support@bovegas.com and finance@bovegas.com for verification and payment issues) Toll-free telephone numbers (+1 347 778 0761 for the USA, +33 186 650 356 for France, +44 203 432 3540 for the UK, and +61 2 8310 8119 for Australia).
This is where we want to start our review of the new casino BoVegas.com. These guys are clearly trying to ride the coattails of the brand recognition of Bodog and Bovada, but does their offering compare? Have a read to find out.
About BoVegas Casino
As mentioned, BoVegas is a new entrant on the casino scene. Founded in 2016, the owners of the casino are not listed on their website. This is always a great frustration for me because it already makes me feel like the casino has something to hide. I am not one to let this go, so I did some further investigating and have determined that finding the actual owners of this casino is proving to be harder than hitting a Royal Flush at one of their Video Poker games. So, for the time being, I am not entirely sure who the owners are, but I also don’t care all that much.
BoVegas has a license from the country of Curacao, which is the equivalent of getting your Driver’s License out of a Cracker Jack box. It looks nice, and they can advertise that they have one, but really you as a player don’t get anything out of that aside from perhaps one place to start looking if you are having trouble getting paid by the site.
Restricted Countries
One nice part about being licensed in Curacao: there aren’t really any restrictions on where you can offer your casinos. BoVegas takes full advantage of this by offering their games for real money to essentially every country in the world. Here are the few exceptions to that rule:
- Belarus
- Costa Rica
- Israel
- Ukraine
If you don’t live in one of those four countries, then you are in luck! Feel free to jump on and get your deposit to BoVegas as you are in the clear.
Software Supplier
BoVegas, being a U.S. friendly site, is limited in the software vendors that it can choose from for it’s offering. Thankfully for you, they have landed on using the games of Real Time Gaming. RTG has a stellar reputation in the industry and has been making online casino games since the mid-1990s. You can see the quality in the slots content, and their games always seem to be regarded in high standing with seasoned online gamblers.
The RTG games at BoVegas can be played via three different methods. If you are from the old school, you probably like the idea of a graphics-rich downloadable client, and BoVegas gives you that option with a Download button right in the middle of their homepage. If you prefer not to have all this casino software stored locally on your machine, then the casino gives you the option of creating an account and playing right in your browser with their Instant Play option. You can access all the same games as the download casino with ease when playing in the browser. Finally, RTG has optimized their game for mobile browsers, which is great for players like me who like to play on the move. All you have to do is access the BoVegas website from your mobile device, login and play just like you would on you PC.
The Good Stuff
Casino Design
These days, so many casino websites can get cluttered with horrible graphics, or loads of pop-up windows trying to promote a new offer, etc. I am happy to report that is not the case at BoVegas. I like the High Roller Vegas theme of the casino, featuring lots of red and black, and giving a very nice, clean look to all their pages. Admittedly this does make it look a lot like the Bovada theme, but I will say that there are lots of casinos with this style of website, so I will give BoVegas a pass this time.
The appealing thing about a website that is clean in its design is that it becomes much easier to focus on the promotions and games rather than wanting to move away from the site as quickly as possible.
Mobile Interface
As mentioned before, BoVegas is available for play on mobile devices, I tested their games on both Android and iOS operating systems and browsers, and found both to be very pleasing. The games all played with excellent speed as opposed to some casinos that have a lot of annoying lag. Also, there wasn’t anything lost in the way of graphics when playing the games on a mobile device; RTG continue to make improvements to their casino to make it mobile friendly, and in 2017 I believe this is where all casino software suppliers should be spending the majority of their focus.
The Bad Stuff
Lack of Big Jackpots
RTG casinos have the opportunity to either run progressive games on their own system or tie their jackpots into the entire network of licensees. It appears that BoVegas has chosen to go on their own, and that leaves players with a less than stellar lineup of Jackpot slots titles. The largest jackpot I saw when I wrote this review was just short of $30,000. While this is nothing to sneeze at, I have seen jackpots in the hundreds of thousands on other RTG operator websites. It’s hard to say why BoVegas chose to go this route, but for now, we consider it a disappointment.
No Live Dealer Casino
RTG recently acquired a live dealer casino supplier, and it was assumed that all their licensees would benefit from this acquisition. At the time of this review being written, BoVegas does not offer live dealer games, and this again hits me with some disappointment. I love live dealer games – the dynamic is entirely different, and they aren’t nearly as cold as the video-only versions of the games. I am hopeful that this is coming along in short order for BoVegas and that we will see Live Dealer games there soon.
Game Selection
BoVegas takes advantage of the full suite of RTG games, meaning you get to choose from a very nice selection of slots, table games, and video poker variants. I noticed that not all the different slots titles and table games were available at BoVegas, and that left me wondering if the decision to hold back on other games was to use them as a marketing tool by releasing them periodically or just a restriction placed on the casino by RTG themselves.
Regardless of the missing titles, the quality of the games can still be seen, and there are loads of great games for you to choose from.

Promotions
BoVegas rewards its players with a series of bonuses that start the second you sign up for your account. They like to put their bonuses into three categories, each of which we have summarized below:
Welcome Bonus
Currently, BoVegas is offering players up to $5,500 in welcome bonus cash on your first two deposits. This is split in the following way: 250% bonus up to $2,500 on your first deposit, and 300% bonus on your second deposit up to a maximum of $3,000.
While that might sound like an excellent bonus, the devil is in the details. These bonuses are Slots bonuses only, which means if you are table games player like I am, they are of virtually no use to you. This is pretty aggravating because these are the only two Welcome Bonuses available on the site.
Let’s assume you are a slots player and you want to take advantage of this offer. You should know that the wagering requirements for these Welcome Bonuses are 30x Bonus plus deposit. This means if you deposit $1,000 and receive $2,500 in bonus, you will have to make $105,000 in wagers to have met the requirement to cashout. The beautiful part of this bonus is that there is no max cashout, assuming you get that far.
Daily Rewards
BoVegas offers its loyal players a reason to log in every day with a series of daily promotions. The only catch with these promotions is that they only display the current daily bonus, not a full list of what bonuses are available each day. This forces you to come back to the site each day to see what your daily offer includes, which can be a huge turn-off to many players. I don’t really mind – if I am going to try to beat a casino with its own bonus, the least I can do is have to research it on a daily basis.
Monthly Specials
The monthly specials that are offered by BoVegas are static bonus codes that you can use as many times as you like during a month. The codes and offers change on a monthly basis and are very straightforward. Here is a summary of the current Monthly Specials:
Slot Machine Bonuses (code MySlots):
- Deposit $25+ – 150%
- Deposit $75+ – 175%
- Deposit $150+ – 250%
Table Games Bonus (code MyCards):
- Deposit $25+ – 100%
- Deposit $75+ – 120%
- Deposit $150+ – 135%
VIP Club
BoVegas has a tiered VIP Club that is based on the amount you play in the casino. Each level you reach offers you a different set of bonuses and perks. While I was definitely having trouble trying to determine the threshold for qualifying for a certain VIP level, the benefits are plainly outlined on their website. Here are the details of each VIP Level:
Play Knight – Level 1 VIP
- Unique Birthday offers and free plays
- Exclusive free play bonuses on our newest game releases
- Access to great regular match bonuses on the daily basis
- Comp points rate of 100 points per $1! No strings attached
Royal Elite – Level 2 VIP
- $100 Status Recognition Elite Chip on your favorite games
- Access to Exclusive Personal bonuses
- Weekly Cashback plan for your favorite games 10% of total weekly deposits
- Regular Slot Tournaments
- Monthly Draws for extra free cash
- Personal Account Manager
Imperial Pro – Level 3 VIP
Vegas Legend – TOP VIP Level
Banking
BoVegas accepts deposits from players from all over the world, regardless if that jurisdiction is legal or not, which means there are several options available to players. Like many U.S. facing casinos, you can use your credit cards on the site, but in many cases your bank may block the transaction, leaving you with limited choices. No doubt if your card is rejected, you will receive a quick call from customer service at BoVegas giving you suggestions for other ways to get them your money.
Here is a list of the Deposit and Withdrawal methods currently available at BoVegas (may vary by country):
Deposits (minimum $25):
- Visa
- MasterCard
- Bank Wire
- Bitcoin
- Neteller
- Skrill
- Paysafe Card
Withdrawals (minimum $150):
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Bank Wire
- Neteller
- Skrill
It is somewhat surprising that BoVegas does not offer physical checks or Bitcoin as payment options. I am hopeful that is just an oversight on their website and that you could receive your money via those methods as well.
Customer Service
BoVegas wants you to have an excellent playing experience at their casino, and that starts with being able to reach someone when you have a question. The operator provides several methods of contacting them, including live chat, email, and telephone. I was euphoric to see a U.S. number available to players, and to ensure it was legit I went ahead and called the number on their site to ask a question during the signup process. Someone answered the phone very quickly and was able to answer my question with ease, making my experience even better.

Would I play at BoVegas Casino?
At the end of every review, I ask myself the same question: “Would I play at this casino?” I have evaluated all that a casino like BoVegas has to offer, taking into consideration their multiple platform options, their excellent customer service, and the use of RTG as a supplier. I have also taken into account that not all the big progressive jackpots are available to players at BoVegas, as well as the lack of live dealer games.
After weighing the pros and cons of this casino, I have come to the following conclusion: I would play at BoVegas for real money, and I would recommend that you do as well. I think you will find it has everything you are looking for if you are a seasoned gambler, and the RTG graphics are second to none in the U.S. friendly software offerings. As always, if you have any feedback of your own, please send it our way, and we’ll continue to update this review to make it as honest and fresh as we can.

There are numerous gambling destinations throughout the world but few can match the enigma and lure of Sin City. And indeed, the glitz of Las Vegas is the first association the mention of the word “casino” triggers.
This partially explains why the “Capital of Second Chances” has turned into a recurring theme for many web-based casinos to try and emulate. The latest addition on the list of Sin City-inspired gambling sites is BoVegas, which launched its operations at the beginning of 2017.
This is a US-facing website and similarly to many other gaming operators that service customers from this location, it uses software provided by the well-known RealTime Gaming, with players having a choice from the instant-play and download options. BoVegas can also be accessed on portable devices and is available in two languages, English and French.
It features a decent selection of video slots, video poker, table games, and specialties, although the collection is not as extensive as the offerings of most of the competition. The casino works with several US-friendly banking methods including gift cards and cryptocurrencies. One of BoVegas’ biggest drawing attractions is the VIP Club it hosts but players also get the chance to redeem huge welcome bonuses, various daily rewards, and monthly specials.
Bonuses and Promotions
BoVegas’ game is strong where promotional deals are concerned. This relatively new casino is attempting to build a solid customer base through a couple of welcome bonuses with no maximum limits on the winnings’ cashouts. The welcome package awards up to $5,500 in free credits but on the downside, both welcome bonuses are reserved for use on the slots only.
The first welcome offer consists of a 250% match bonus of up to $2,500 which can be redeemed in the cashier when you initiate your first deposit of $25 or more. Keep in mind you cannot receive the free credits without a valid bonus code, which is BOVEGAS250.
The second welcome bonus can be claimed only after you have redeemed the first offer and have cleared its wagering. Players who deposit the minimum required amount ($25) with the code BOVEGAS300 can opt in for a second bonus, a 300% match up to $3,000, also without a cashout limit.
Both deposit-match bonuses are offered for the purpose of enhancing new customers’ experience and are not cashable. But on the bright side, you are allowed to cash out the full amount you have won while playing with the bonuses after you cover the playthrough.
These two offers are displayed in the promotional section of the casino for all visitors to see but there is also an exclusive 300% bonus of up to $3,000, granted to new customers who sign up through affiliate sites and use code NEVADA300. The maximum deposit for this bonus is $1,000 whereas the minimum coincides with that of the previous two offers.
The wagering requirements of the match bonuses at BoVegas depend on the type of games that qualify for free play. The offers reserved for slot play must be wagered at least 30x (the bonus plus deposit amount) whereas match bonuses for card games like video poker and blackjack come with minimum wagering of 35x. You cannot combine several offers – customers of BoVegas are permitted to use only one active bonus at a time.
You can unlock more treasures by using the codes WITCHY and SNEAKY on your subsequent payments. Each of these codes can earn you a deposit match of up to 250% plus 75 free spins. Code WITCHY unlocks the free goodies for the sorcery-inspired Bubble Bubble slot whereas the code SNEAKY can earn you free play and spins on Cash Bandits 2. Wagering of 30x applies to both offers.
The Four-Tiered VIP Campaign of BoVegas
BoVegas also runs a nice VIP campaign that comprises four different levels. You start at the Play Knight level which earns you a $75 free chip, a 15% weekly cashback, a $50 bonus for your birthday, and personalized assistance by your very own VIP manager.
Players who climb up to the Royal Elite level are in for a $250 free status recognition chip, access to exclusive slot tournaments, a 5% insurance on their losses each month, 15% weekly cashbacks, personalized promotions, and a higher birthday bonus of $100.
The Imperial Pro level earns you even better perks. These include a more generous status recognition chip of $500, a 20% cashback per week, increased withdrawal limits for your free chips (of 7x), personal VIP hosts, a 7% insurance on your monthly losses, unique birthday bonuses, and better comp-point accumulation rates.
And finally, we have the Vegas Legend, the top rung on BoVegas’ VIP ladder where loyal customers receive a $1,000 reward chip, a 10% insurance on their monthly losses, different high-roller rewards, 20% cashbacks each week, various real-cash offers, and more.
What we liked about this VIP campaign the most was the fact the comp points are actually exchanged for real cash instead of being converted into free credits as is the case with many other online casinos. One comp point is awarded for every $10 increment you wager. The conversion rate is $1 in exchange for 100 comp points. Wagering is not attached to the cash from the converted points – you can withdraw it whenever your heart desires.
Software Providers
If there is one thing that sets BoVegas apart from other newcomers to the online gaming industry, it is the fact this operator has opted to use the platform of a single software supplier instead of implementing the services of multiple studios.
We are not sure to what extent this decision works to BoVegas’ advantage, though. The betting site’s selection of games is not as comprehensive as the offerings of larger rival casinos, that’s one thing for sure.
We counted roughly 190 distinct titles for instant play, all provided by the RealTime Gaming (RTG) software studio. On a positive note, the affiliation with RTG enables BoVegas to offer unique titles and features that are otherwise unavailable at most multi-software casinos. In fact, when it comes to US-friendly software, it is difficult to do better than RTG.
The RealTime Gaming software uses a clear interface which certainly is a big plus navigation-wise. The lobby features several categories of games but there is also a search bar that helps you find concrete titles from the portfolio.
After a log-in, the system shows you the last games you have played but you can also make a compilation of favorites by clicking the info buttons on the games’ thumbnails. This info icon gives you quick access to the games’ rules as well.
In the case of slots, you can see each available game’s volatility, number of paylines, special symbols, and bonus features. When you hit the “x” button to close a game, the “Games Guru” recommends you other titles on the basis of what you have played so far. You can go for instant play in your browser or install the RealTime Gaming client on Windows-based desktop computer. Mobile play is also an option but more on this subject later.
Banking
BoVegas is a US-facing website so it makes sense for it to support banking solutions convenient for customers from the USA. The list of banking options at BoVegas is comparatively short, though, as it features only several of the most common methods, which, we believe, may be a detriment for players from other supported countries who are looking for a greater diversity of payment options.
Deposits can be initiated via credits, debit, and instant-gift cards by the brands American Express, Mastercard, Maestro, and Visa. Other than that, your options are either the Bitcoin cryptocurrency or secure payment vouchers, although depositing over the telephone is also made possible. For the purpose, you must contact customer support by dialing the toll-free number +1 347 778 0761.
Keep in mind BoVegas will request a verification over the telephone when you make your first deposit to confirm the details you have provided. Here is a quick breakdown of the limits and processing times for all available deposit methods.
Deposit Method | Minimum Deposit | Maximum Deposit | Processing Time |
---|---|---|---|
Visa | $25 | $5,000 | Instant |
Maestro | $25 | $5,000 | Instant |
Mastercard | $25 | $5,000 | Instant |
American Express | $25 | $5,000 | Instant |
Bitcoin | $25 | No limit | Instant |
Secure payment vouchers | $25 | $500 | Instant |
Withdrawal methods are even more restricted, with BoVegas players having a choice from bank transfers, Visa, and Mastercard. Withdrawing from your account entails sending some documentation for verification. The most you can withdraw per week is $2,000, a rather low limit for high rollers in our opinion. On the bright side, players who have reached the highest tiers in the VIP Campaign enjoy larger weekly limits on their withdrawals.
If you think that’s bad, brace yourselves for the minimum withdrawal amount. Cash-outs start at $100 but may be higher depending on the method used. One of the positives of playing at BoVegas is that the operator absorbs all processing fees on withdrawals so players are not charged extra. The casino’s financial department processes withdrawals within a period of 3 to 7 business days. The currencies BoVegas customers can pick from are USD, EUR, and AUD.
Mobile Casino
BoVegas runs a mobile-responsive website you can conveniently load in the browser of your iPhone or Android smartphone. The in-browser app replicates the desktop experience to the tee. It features roughly the same user-friendly interface and casino lobby where you will find the mobile versions of your favorite RealTime Gaming slots, baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and video poker variations.
Additionally, the mobile platform features the same bonuses and promotional deals like the casino’s desktop version so if you want to snag a hefty bonus on your smartphone, go ahead. The mobile version gives you instant access to the 24/7 chat facility should you need any assistance as you go. You can just as easily top up your account or send out a withdrawal request on mobile.
Casino mavens who own smartphones or tablets that run on the Android OS can also download and install the free BoVegas Android application. You can find the download link under the Mobile App tab. Plus, the app is not bulky at 6.3 MB.
If you are experiencing any issues with its installation, you most probably need to tackle the “Unknown sources” checkmark in your phone’s security settings and allow for the installation of software from sources other than the official Play Store (where the app is unavailable). The bottom line is you get around 150 cool slots and tables games to pick and choose from on your smartphone.
Casino Games
Like most RealTime Gaming-powered casinos, BoVegas features an assortment of video slots, table classics like blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, video pokers, progressives, and specialties like keno and scratch cards.
These can be loaded in instant play but there is also the option for you to click on the giant “Download” button on the home page and follow the prompts to install the casino’s software on your computer. Here we would like to remind you downloading the software client is not an alternative for all players since it is compatible only with computers operating on Microsoft Windows.
Bovegas Casino Code
It appears BoVegas denies access to its gaming selection to unregistered users. The games can be tested in practice mode but this is possible only after you have signed into your account. After registration, you have access to the lobby where you will find all available games divided into distinct categories by type. Scroll down for further information on the most popular games BoVegas offers you.
Slots
Video slots are the backbone of BoVegas’ gaming library, with around 114 available titles. The slots that stand out the most are those from RealTime Gaming’s Real Series, which have become somewhat of a trademark of this software studio.
Yet, we cannot help but admit the slots from the Series have started to show their age. The graphics are certainly not as sharp as those of the newer RTG releases but the slots are still playable, not to mention they boast various features you are unlikely to find in the offerings of other software studios like the randomly triggered jackpots. Each Real Series game boasts a different theme, volatility level, and gameplay features.
Of course, it is impossible to review a RealTime Gaming-powered casino without mentioning the slots with the Feature Guarantee and the Win-Win features. The former you will find in slots like Vulcan, Megasaur, Hairway to Heaven, Polar Explorer, Naughty or Nice: Spring Break, and Aztec’s Treasure. These include a compulsory side bet which, when placed, ensures you will trigger the slots’ special features within a given number of spins.
The Win-Win feature is just as lucrative since it rewards you with extra compensatory winnings when the profits you have generated during free spins are under par. The feature gets triggered automatically on condition you have activated all paylines.
Some of the Win-Win slots you can play at BoVegas include Loch Ness Loot and Triple Twister. The casino is also home to several 6-reel slot titles, like Lucky 6, Ritchie Valens, Super 6, and The Big Bopper, that are exclusively available across RealTime Gaming-powered websites.
Below, we have listed the top titles from BoVegas’ slot selection:
- Caesar’s Empire
- Asgard
- Gemtopia
- Cleopatra’s Gold
- Bubble Bubble
- Achilles
- Aladdin’s Wishes
- Cash Bandits
- Enchanted Garden
- Lucha Libre
- I, Zombie
Table Games
Bovegas Casino Scam
When compared to the offerings of the competition, BoVegas’ table games collection is on the slimmer side but you still get to enjoy a decent variety of casino favorites like blackjack, roulette, poker, and baccarat. The games do appear a tiny notch outdated where visuals and animations are concerned, which certainly takes away from one’s playing experience.
Not much is going on in terms of features, either. In instant play, you only get to check the history of the hands or coups you have previously played and read the rules. There are no options for customization whatsoever.
The relatively low table limits also caught our attention. These range between $1 and $250 for all table games with the exception of craps ($1 – $1,000) and the progressive Let’em Ride where the minimum is higher at $5.
Some of your table game options at BoVegas include:
- Blackjack + Perfect Pairs
- Super 21
- European Blackjack
- Face Up 21
- Pontoon
- Match Play 21
- Vegas Three Card Rummy
- Caribbean Stud
- Caribbean Hold’em
- Baccarat
- Craps
- American and European Roulette
Progressive Jackpot Games
We regret to say BoVegas is somewhat short of games with progressive jackpots, giving its players a choice from six options only. Three of those are slots and the other three are casino poker variations. The pots in Megasaur and Aztec’s Millions are symbol-driven.
Spirit of the Inca offers a multi-tiered jackpot with a boiling point. You need to play with a maximum bet to activate all five jackpots, otherwise some of the pots get disabled. Your other progressive options include Caribbean Stud Poker, Caribbean Hold’em Poker, and Let’em Ride.
Video Poker
BoVegas shines in the video-poker department, offering fans of the game an impressive range of over 50 varieties available for single-hand and multi-hand play. You can play 3, 10 or 52 hands at the same time, with the option to bet up to five coins on each hand as per usual.
There is also the double-up feature you can use to try and increase your profits on winning hands. The coin denominations on the single-hand variants range between $0.05 and $5.00. Multi-hand players can choose from coin values ranging from $0.01 to $1.00. It caught our attention each time you change your coin value, the entire game reloads, which is a small nuisance.
Check out the video poker variations BoVegas offers you in 1, 3, 10, and 52-hand mode:
- Bonus Poker
- Aces & Eights
- Deuces Wild
- Joker Poker
- Bonus Deuces
- Double Double Bonus Poker
- Double Jackpot Poker
- Jacks or Better
- Sevens Wild
- All American Poker
- Loose Deuces
Live Casino
BoVegas also features a live-dealer section but it pops up only after you register, sign in, and load the lobby. The live collection is courtesy of less-known software studio Visionary iGaming. The software allows live roulette players to check the hot and cold numbers or activate the auto-rebet functionality for more dynamic gameplay.
Live blackjack comes with some interesting features like betting behind other players when there are no vacant seats on a live table. Tipping your dealers is also made possible and so is experimenting with various side bets. Minimums start at $1 while maximum limits may reach $1,000 at some of the live tables.
Licensing and Regulations
The licensing and ownership of BoVegas are subject of speculations since its website does not contain any information regarding who operates and manages the casino. Some speculate the casino is part of the Blue Media N.V. roster (a company that runs similar US-friendly websites like Golden Lion and Eclipse Casino) but there is nothing on BoVegas’ website to confirm the truthfulness of this conjecture.
The same is valid for the casino’s licensing information which is also absent from its website. This is a common issue at many RTG-powered websites catering to US customers but after a little digging, we established BoVegas is licensed and regulated under the laws of Curacao.
BoVegas does not publish any information on its library’s payout percentages, either, but assures us its games are all fair. Apparently, the Random Number Generator of the casino has received a certification from the accredited Gaming Laboratories International (GLI).
On a more positive note, the operator has taken all the necessary steps to prevent minors from gambling on its website. All customers’ accounts undergo verification for the purpose of establishing registrants are of a legal gambling age (18 or above).
You can gamble more responsibly by contacting customer support and requesting them to set a daily, weekly or monthly limit on your deposits. All payments are protected by the standard SSL encryptions. BoVegas does not accept real-money action from the following countries:
- Israel
- Russia
- Poland
- Ukraine
- India
- Costa Rica
- Hungary
- Belarus
- Malaysia
Customer Support
Quality customer support is essential no matter whether you are shopping at an e-commerce website or are gambling online. Fortunately, we are glad to report BoVegas excels in this department and provides its patrons with laudable customer support on a round-the-clock basis. Each time we contacted the casino’s team for information or help, we got a lightning-fast, friendly, and comprehensive response.
Customers can make their inquiries in French as well as in English but these are the only two languages the casino’s website supports. You can check the FAQ section where you will find essential information concerning payments, technicalities, and bonuses. The three avenues of contact you can use are the following:
- 24/7 live chat
- Email (support@bovegas.com and finance@bovegas.com for verification and payment issues)
- Toll-free telephone numbers (+1 347 778 0761 for the USA, +33 186 650 356 for France, +44 203 432 3540 for the UK, and +61 2 8310 8119 for Australia)
Conclusion
For those of you who are based in the United States, BoVegas may be an option that is worth giving consideration. That being said, the casino definitely falls flat in some aspects of its operations, starting with its Curacao license. The regulatory body responsible for issuing these permits does not get involved in any ensuing disputes between its licensees and their players. We consider this a major drawback.
Additionally, there is no decent variety of payment methods. You can count the number of available deposit solutions on the fingers of one hand while the withdrawal options are even more limited. On top of that, the weekly ceiling on withdrawals is rather low at $2,000. Meanwhile, the minimum you can cash out is much higher than usual at $100.
Now onto the positive stuff. BoVegas treats its players to a staggering variety of daily, weekly, and monthly promotions you are unlikely to find at most other gambling sites. There is also a very decent VIP program and the cool thing here is the comp points you collect can be converted into actual, withdrawable cash.
Another great thing about this casino is that it welcomes play from almost all jurisdictions you can think of, with only few countries being listed as prohibited in its terms and conditions. Last but not least, you can choose from a decent enough range of RealTime Gaming slots, video poker, and table classics and are catered to with great in-browser and downloadable apps that enable you to take your favorite casino games on the go.
